To utilize these materials efficiently, Graco has produced the XM Plural Component Sprayer, a comprehensive mixer, sprayer, and digital interface for the highest-end applications.

Highly customizable and unwaveringly reliable, it's the standard piece of protective coating equipment in industries that have no room for error - marine, rail, bridge, and wind energy. With a standard base model that can be selectively added to, every XM is uniquely fabricated for a specialized purpose.

Completely Flexible Configurations

Every XM Plural Component Sprayer starts as a basic package, complete with a programmable ratio interface, computerized maintenance schedules, XL Air motors, rear mount 10 or 25-gallon material hoppers, and a durable carbon steel frame built atop a pallet rack. From there, other equipment can be added specifically designed for your application, including the standard plural pump Graco offers. Some other choices are:

• Standard or Remote Mount Mix Manifold
• Up to Three Viscon Fluid Heaters, Mounted to the Frame
• Merkur Solvent Flush Pump for Quick Sprayer and Hose Cleaning

The XM has two main models available. The Graco XM70 Plural Component Sprayer is the higher end of the two, with a 6300 psi maximum mixed fluid working pressure. The XM70 Graco also features a maximum pump air set pressure of 90 psi. On the other hand, the Graco XM50 features a 5200 psi maximum mixed fluid working pressure and a 100 psi maximum pump air set pressure. Flow rates and mixed ratio rates are identical.
