LP and HP heated hoses have different maximum working pressure ratings. The hose must meet the requirements of your specific Reactor and application; the LP or HP label alone is not enough to confirm compatibility. Check the hose part number and published pressure rating, or ask Bolair to verify them against your equipment model.
Provide the Reactor model and serial number, plus the existing hose part number if available. Bolair can check pressure rating, hose diameter, heated length, temperature sensor configuration and fittings before recommending a replacement.
A whip hose is the short, flexible section connecting the main heated hose assembly to the spray gun. It makes the gun easier to manoeuvre and can be replaced separately when worn or damaged. The replacement must be compatible with the system’s pressure rating, connections and heating configuration.
