Warranty and Return Policy

Limited Warranty

Products are warranted against defects in materials or workmanship only in accordance with the individual manufacturer's warranty policy. If Bolair Fluid Handling Systems determines any product to be defective in workmanship or material, it will be repaired or replaced at Bolair Fluid Handling Systems sole discretion.

Return Policy

If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with an in-stock product purchased through Bolair Fluid Handling Systems, you may return the product within 30 days from the date of delivery, for a full refund, exchange or store credit of the product you purchased. Within this time products must be returned in their original packaging and in resalable condition. The customer is responsible for any freight charges associated with the return.

Bolair Fluid Handling Systems inspects all returns and reserves the right to refuse refunds on damaged, used or non-resalable items. Returns may be subject to restocking fees based on the return policy of the manufacturer, as well as shipping or other fees.

Damaged Goods

All goods must be inspected at time of receipt and any damage must be reported within 24 hours to Bolair Customer Service.

Exceptions

All PPE, rigs, chemical, solvents, used equipment, clearance items and custom assembled products are final sale and not subject to our return policy.
